My name is Ysmael Campos and today I begin my journey in the pursuit of my dream, to become a writer. I was born in Lima, Peru and I grew up there until I was twelve years old. Then my family immigrated to the United States. From there on, I have been a resident of California. Most of my life I have lived in the city of Mountain View, which is where I spent my teenage years. Now as an adult I’m currently living in the city of San Jose. These two cities are part of what it is known here as the Silicon Valley. It is a completely different world from the one I know in Lima. As for this page, my intention is to maintain myself active as a writer and be involved in anything that is related to literature; which is one of my biggest passions in life. I would also like to show you a little bit of my work as a poet and writer. At the same time, receive any kind of feedback to improve my skills and style as a writer.
